Changing Passwords for Internal Users

Administrators and other Internal users can change their passwords. Only Administrators can change the passwords for other users with Administrator privileges.

Changing an Administrator's Password

Go to Manage > Security > Authentication > Internal

Open

Click the name of an Administrative user

Open

On the Account Page, click Change Password

Open

Click Save when you are done

Changing a User's Password

Go to Manage > Security > Internal

Select a User

Open

Click Change Password

Enter the New Password and confirm

Click Save
