Voyager Agent Initial Setup
During the initial setup and activation of Voyager Agent, you will need to complete the following steps to access and begin using your instance. Alternatively, you can download the complete guide:

Step 1: Now that you have installed Voyager Agent on your machine as a Windows service, you are ready to configure your instance. For Step 1, enter a name for your agent. Click Next.
Step 2: In Step 2, you will connect your Voyager Agent instance to Voyager HQ. Enter the Voyager HQ URL shown in your HQ instance on your browser (Example: http://10.211.55.3:8000/).
If you have not changed the default login credentials provided during the Voyager Server installation then you will enter “admin” for both your username and password.
IMPORTANT: After logging in using the default credentials, it is critical that you change your password for security reasons in Voyager Server’s Manage UI. To change your password, go to Manage > Security > Authentication > Internal. Then select your account name and click Change Password where you can enter a more secure password for logging into your instance.
Click CONNECT to start connecting Voyager Agent to HQ. When the connection process is complete, click FINISH.
NOTE: If you would like to make any changes in the previous steps, you can go back by selecting the numbered steps under Agent Setup.
Step 3: The setup window will close and open to your Voyager Agent interface. You have now completed the Voyager Agent installation as a Windows service. As an admin user, you can now begin configuring and monitoring indexing activity of your agent(s).
